Cold Brew 5L

A sweet, vibrant cup with a silky body, with tasting notes of caramelised sugars, marzipan and berries.

Caturra, Castillo & Colombia cultivars are tended to by a handful of growers on family-run farms of around 1-2 hectares located around El Nevado del Huila, Colombia. During harvest the coffee cherries are selected by hand, traditionally depulped and dry fermented. The seeds are then fully washed and dried via polytunnel or rooftop patios. We have roasted this lot to accentuate the natural sweetness and fruitiness we love in coffees from this community, from whom we have been buying for 6 years.

Ground coffee is steeped in cold, filtered water using an updosed brew ratio for 16 hours, with gentle agitation for the first 2 hours. This is subsequently fine-filtered and packaged with nitrogen to prolong freshness. The result is a naturally sweet, clean and refreshing cold brew coffee that can be served over ice or used as a base for a range of cold coffee drinks. Enjoy!
