Our third collaborative chocolate bar with Pump Street Chocolate provides an opportunity to enjoy a final taste of one of our most popular espressos of the year, our Ecuadorian coffee from Murray Cooper.
The fruity, slightly spiced coffee of Murray Cooper’s farm, Finca Luciérnaga, in the Pichincha region, is combined with a deep, earthy Heirloom Cacao Preservation accredited Arribas Nacional cocoa from Samuel von Rutte’s Hacienda Limon.
Together, they create a chocolate that’s perfectly balanced, offering complementary flavours of toasted nuts, brown butter and ginger cake with subtle hints of white grape.

Produced by our friends and long-time collaborators, Pump Street Chocolate, on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, their mini bar series have been made to be enjoyed as a single portion.

Made from Heirloom Cacao Preservation accredited cocoa beans from Samuel von Rutte’s Hacienda Limon farm on Ecuador’s Guantupi River, expect a rich aroma and a rounded, nutty character.

This bar is a creamy, luxurious whole milk chocolate with notes of caramel and treacle, offering a zesty finish that’s characteristic of Madagascan beans. A bar that will not only appeal to those with a sweeter tooth, but satisfy darker chocolate devotees.

Sourdough and Sea Salt bring together the two things Pump Street do so well: baking and chocolate. Their own sourdough bread and a touch of sea salt add crunch to the smooth, malty flavour of the Ecuadorian chocolate.

Madagascar Chocolate 72% Bar 70g (Box 10 retail bars)

Produced by our friends and long-time collaborators, Pump Street Chocolate, on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, this chocolate is made exclusively from cocoa from The Sambriano Valey – the most famous of all terroirs for Madagascan beans.

Having sourced organic cocoa beans fro Bertil Akesson, whose 2,300-hectare family estate in Ambanja has produced world-famous aromatic cocoa since 1920.

This dark chocolate is packed with flavour, with high notes of citrus mellowing into tropical fruits, ending with a balanced acidity.
